Approach

Susan's uses a 'facilitative' style for mediation and financial analysis for couples or individuals. She manages the process and the parties are Always In Charge of the outcome.

A facilitative mediator does not make recommendations to the parties, or give her own advice or opinion as to a decision on an issue. She does want to ensure that the parties reach an agreement based on information and understanding.
